This is the black Krypt Dominion combo rack with the 2 3/8 inch clamp and the polished extended swivel mount. It may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as a small scratch or scuff. That is normal for open box pricing and is not grounds for replacement. If a part is missing or there is major damage that affects use, contact us and we will make it right.
