This is a brand new, unopened unit offered at a reduced clearance price. It is the polished finish with the standard non-extended swivel and fits tower tubing from 1.75 inch to 2 inch. An extension is available for 55 dollars if you need it, just contact us. These are final sale and not eligible for return for a change of mind, but if anything arrives missing or damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
