Yup, this is the original (improved, of course) dry bag designed and made by NRS founder Bill Parks. Back in 1977 the first Bill’s Bags were orange – now you get a choice of colours, but the bag remains essentially the same. Made of durable PVC/polyester with a fold down StormStrip closure, this bag will keep your gear dry. It’s got padded shoulder straps for portaging and the harness is removable.
