Blind Skateboards was started back in 1989 by Mark Gonzales under the umbrella of Steve Rocco’s World Industries Distribution and at one point was one of the largest skateboard companies in the world with some of the biggest names in skateboarding heading up their team.

The design and image of Blind skateboard decks went through a pretty fundamental change after Gonz’ departure, but that’s okay, because the company went on to develop the legendary “Grim Reaper” logo that is now a skateboarding icon.
In their early days, Blind released one of the most influential skate videos in history, “Video Days”. Nowadays, their team includes world-class rippers like Cody McEntire, Kevin Romar, TJ Rogers, Sewa Kroetkov, Morgan Smith, Sam Beckett, Mickey Papa, Yuto Horigome, and Jason Thurtle.
